Section 12-24-6-4 - Duties of circuit court clerk of admitting county

If clothing can be supplied by a responsible party or any other willing person, the clerk of the circuit court of the county from which the patient is admitted shall do the following:

(1) Notify the responsible party or the other willing person of the clothing needs of the patient.
(2) Have an ample supply of suitable clothing sent with the patient.
