Section 12-24-6-11 - Warrant; payment of charge(a) Upon receipt of a charge under section 10 of this chapter, the county auditor shall draw a warrant on the treasurer of the county for payment of the charge.(b) A charge shall be paid out of the money of the county appropriated for that purpose.(c) The fiscal body of each county shall annually appropriate sufficient money to pay the accounts.(d) A payment by a county under this section shall be transmitted to the superintendent of the billing state institution.Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-18.1-14 part.
