Section 12-23-21.5-1 - Certification of comprehensive addiction recovery centers; grant program The division shall establish:
(1) a comprehensive addiction recovery center certification for eligible entities that meet the requirements of this chapter; and(2) a comprehensive addiction recovery center grant program for the purpose of assisting in the establishment or operation of comprehensive addiction recovery centers.Added by P.L. 145-2019,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2019.
