Section 12-23-21.2-4 - Duties of division(a) The division shall maintain and operate or contract with a certified treatment provider to provide opioid treatment services in accordance with this chapter.(b) The division may use available state owned buildings that may be converted and used to provide inpatient treatment for opioid detoxification, treatment, and reintegration services as described in this chapter.Added by P.L. 125-2017,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2017.
