Section 12-21-1-3 - Composition of division

The division is composed of the following:

(1) The director.

(2) The division of mental health and addiction planning and advisory council.

(3) A coordinator for a statewide program for suicide prevention.

(4) Other personnel necessary for the performance of the functions imposed upon the division under law.
