Ind. Code § 12-19-2-3

Section 12-19-2-3 - Officers and employees; administration of oaths and affirmations

An officer or employee of:

(1) the division; or

(2) a county office;

may administer oaths and affirmations required to carry out the purposes of this article or of any other statute imposing duties on the county office.
