Section 12-17.6-2-7 - Evaluation of program(a) The office shall contract with an independent organization to evaluate the program.(b) The office shall report the results of each evaluation to the: (1) children's health policy board established by IC 4-23-27-2; and(2) interim study committee on public health, behavioral health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.(c) This section does not modify the requirements of other statutes relating to the confidentiality of medical records.Amended by P.L. 53-2014, SEC. 111, eff. 3/24/2014.Amended by P.L. 205-2013, SEC. 212, eff. 5/8/2013.As added by P.L. 273-1999, SEC.177.
