Section 12-17.2-7.2-5.5 - "Potential eligible provider or existing eligible provider"

As used in this chapter, "potential eligible provider or existing eligible provider" refers to an entity that qualifies as a potential eligible provider or existing eligible provider under section 7.4(a) of this chapter.
