Section 12-16.5-1-3 - "Current year inflation adjustment factor"

As used in this article, "current year inflation adjustment factor" means the total gross domestic product deflator, as determined by the United States Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis, in the current year divided by the total gross domestic product deflator in federal fiscal year 2010.
