Section 12-15-41-10 - Administrative procedures regarding premiums

To the greatest extent possible, the office shall use the same administrative procedures regarding premiums for the buy-in program as are used for the children's health insurance program established under IC 12-17.6, including:

(1) the effect of nonpayment of a premium; and

(2) the collection of premiums.
