Section 12-15-33-8 - Subcommittees(a) A subcommittee may be created as the commission considers necessary.(b) The commission shall create a standing fiscal subcommittee.(c) The chairman of each subcommittee must be a member of the commission.(d) Subcommittees may convene as often as needed.Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-13-1(e).
