Section 12-15-13.6-4 - Audit results(a) The results of an audit conducted under section 1(a) of this chapter must be provided to the office of the secretary.(b) Before September 1, 2024, the results of an audit conducted under IC 27-1-3.7 and section 1(b) of this chapter must be provided to the interim study committee on public health, behavioral health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4.
