Section 12-14-5-5 - Division plan for vocational and educational training in each county

The division shall adopt a plan for furnishing in each county:

(1) vocational training; and

(2) educational training;

that allows an individual described in section 1 of this chapter to develop the skills to obtain a state of Indiana general educational development (GED) diploma.
