Section 12-14-2-26 - Registration at employment and training office(a) To be eligible for assistance under this article, a parent or an essential person must register at the parent's or essential person's local employment and training office: (1) when the person first applies for assistance; and(2) each time the person reapplies for assistance.(b) Assistance shall be denied to a person who does not comply with subsection (a).As added by P.L. 46-1995, SEC.26.
