Section 12-10-2-4 - Term of office; termination(a) Subject to subsection (c), the term of a member of the commission is four (4) years. The term of a member filling a vacancy is for the remainder of the unexpired term.(b) The term of a member of the commission expires July 1, but a member continues in office until a successor is appointed.(c) A member of the commission serves at the will of the governor.
