Section 12-10-18-4 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Law enforcement agency investigation

A law enforcement agency may begin an investigation concerning a missing endangered adult or missing veteran at risk as soon as possible after receiving notification of the missing endangered adult or missing veteran at risk.
