Section 12-10-10-13 - Area agencies on aging representative at board meeting; report

One (1) or more representatives of the area agencies on aging shall appear at each regularly scheduled meeting of the community and home options to institutional care for the elderly and disabled board established by IC 12-10-11-1 and report on the progress of the program.
