Section 11-8-3-2 - Contract to receive persons into facilities and programs operated by department

The department may contract with any city, county, state, other state, or federal authority to receive persons committed to that authority into facilities and programs operated by the department. The department may charge, under such contracts, fees for its services commensurate with its costs.
