Section 11-13-1-3.8 - Applicability of IC 34-13-3

The provisions of IC 34-13-3 apply whenever:

(1) a governmental entity or its employee is sued for civil damages; and

(2) the civil action arises out of an act within the scope of a probation officer's employment or duties.
