Section 11-12-11-4 - Establishment of county misdemeanant fund(a) A county legislative body receiving deposits made under section 7 of this chapter shall establish a county misdemeanant fund.(b) The county fiscal body shall administer the county misdemeanant fund.(c) The fund consists of deposits made by the department under section 7 of this chapter.Added by P.L. 204-2016, SEC. 29, eff. 7/1/2015.
