Section 10-16-4-4 - Donations and contributions(a) A local armory board may receive from counties, cities, and municipalities donations of land or contributions of money to aid in providing or erecting improvements on the armories.(b) A donation or contribution received under this section shall be held as other property for the use of the state.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-2-27.
