Section 10-14-3-12.7 - Right to worship, including in person, inviolable(a) As used in this section, "disaster emergency" has the meaning set forth in section 12.5 of this chapter.(b) The state, a political subdivision, or an officer or employee of the state or a political subdivision may not restrict the right of the people to worship or to worship in person during a disaster emergency.Added by P.L. 99-2021,SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2021.
