Section 10-13-8-11 - Program participant duty to broadcast or display blue alert

A broadcaster or an electronic billboard operator participating in the blue alert program shall immediately display the information that the department considers necessary to the general public in accordance with the blue alert program agreement between the department and the broadcaster or operator.
