Section 10-13-3-10 - "Law enforcement agency"(a) As used in this chapter, "law enforcement agency" means an agency or a department of any level of government whose principal function is the apprehension of criminal offenders.(b) The term includes: (1) the office of the attorney general; and(2) the office of the inspector general.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 5-2-5-1(12).
