Section 10-13-2-2 - Establishment(a) The criminal justice data division is established within the department.(b) The division is under the administrative control and jurisdiction of the superintendent.(c) The superintendent may: (1) staff the division with personnel necessary for its efficient operation; and(2) adopt rules to carry out the purposes of this chapter.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-1-2.5-1.
