Section 10-11-6-2 - Training program supervision; subjects(a) The training program courses shall be conducted under the supervision and direction of the superintendent.(b) The training programs must include courses of instruction in the following subjects:(1) Detection, pursuit, apprehension, and conviction of criminals.(2) Safety and first aid assistance.(3) Any other subject the superintendent considers appropriate.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-1-3-2.
