Section 625 ILCS 5/6-1004 - Qualifications of enhanced skills driving school instructorsIn order to qualify for a license as an instructor for an enhanced skills driving school, an applicant must:
(1) Be of good moral character;(2) Have never been convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol, other drugs, or a combination thereof; leaving the scene of a crash ; reckless homicide or reckless driving;(3) Be physically able to operate safely a motor vehicle and to train others in the operation of motor vehicles;(4) Hold a valid drivers license; and(5) Pay to the Secretary of State an application and license fee of $70.Amended by P.A. 102-0982,§ 105, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by P.A. 096-0740,§ 10, eff. 1/1/2010.
