The Illinois Commerce Commission may request documentation or investigate business practices by a commercial vehicle safety relocator to determine compliance with this Chapter. Failure to comply with any Section of this Chapter, as determined by the Illinois Commerce Commission shall subject a commercial vehicle safety relocator to penalties imposed by the Illinois Commerce Commission. Penalties may include suspension of registration certificate and monetary fines up to $1,000 for each violation.
