Section 625 ILCS 5/1-129.1 - Ignition Interlock Device, Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BAIID)

A device installed in a motor vehicle that prevents the vehicle from starting until the device has determined by an analysis of the driver's breath that the driver's breath alcohol is below a certain preset level.
