Section 625 ILCS 45/3A-13 - Transfer to or from dealer - Manufacturer's or Importer's Certificate(a) No dealer shall purchase or acquire a new watercraft without obtaining from the seller thereof a manufacturer's or importer's certificate.(b) No manufacturer, importer, dealer or other person shall sell or otherwise dispose of a new watercraft to a dealer for purposes of display and resale, without delivering to such dealer a manufacturer's or importer's certificate.
