Section 735 ILCS 30/25-7-103.79 - Quick-take; City of Arcola

Quick-take proceedings under may be used for a period of 2 years after July 30, 1999, by the City of Arcola for the purpose of acquiring property in connection with a project to widen Illinois Route 133 east of Interstate 57.
