Section 735 ILCS 30/25-7-103.10 - Quick-take; Water Commissions

Quick-take proceedings under may be used for a period of 18 months after January 26, 1987, for the purpose specified in Division 135 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code, by a commission created under Section 2 of the Water Commission Act of 1985.
