Section 735 ILCS 30/15-5-46 - Eminent domain powers in new Acts

The following provisions of law may include express grants of the power to acquire property by condemnation or eminent domain:

Rock Island Regional Port District Act; Rock Island Regional Port District and participating municipalities; for general Port District purposes.
