Section 730 ILCS 5/3-3-11.1 - State Defined

As used in Sections 3-3-11.05 through 3-3-11.3, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term "State" means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and any other territorial possessions of the United States.
