Section 725 ILCS 5/124B-405 - Persons and Property Subject to Forfeiture A person who has been convicted previously of the offense of obscenity under Section 11-20 of the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012 and who is convicted of a second or subsequent offense of obscenity under that Section shall forfeit the following to the State of Illinois:
(1) Any property constituting or derived from any proceeds that the person obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of the offense.(2) Any of the person's property used in any manner, wholly or in part, to commit the offense.Amended by P.A. 097-1150,§ 635, eff. 1/25/2013.Added by P.A. 096-0712,§ 15, eff. 1/1/2010.
