Section 725 ILCS 173/5 - Definitions

As used in this Act:

"Local law enforcement agency" has the meaning given in Section 2 of the Illinois Police Training Act.

"Violent crime" has the meaning given in Section 3 of the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act.
