Section 710 ILCS 40/10 - Reviewing Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Fund; Mandatory Arbitration Fund

The Reviewing Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Fund is eliminated. The Comptroller shall order and the Treasurer shall transfer all moneys in the Fund on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly into the Mandatory Arbitration Fund.
