"Arbitration" means arbitration under this Act.
"Council" means the Seed Arbitration Council.
"Department" means the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
"Director" means the Illinois Director of Agriculture.
"Seed" means agricultural and vegetable seed as defined in the Illinois Seed Law.
