Section 235 ILCS 5/5-6 - FDA grant funds

Grant funds received from the Food and Drug Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for conducting unannounced investigations of Illinois tobacco vendors shall be deposited into the Dram Shop Fund until June 30, 2018.
