Section 225 ILCS 458/5-45 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Continuing education renewal requirements(a) The continuing education requirements for a person to renew a license as a State certified general real estate appraiser or a State certified residential real estate appraiser shall be established by rule.(b) The continuing education requirements for a person to renew a license as an associate real estate trainee appraiser shall be established by rule.(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act to the contrary, the Department shall establish a continuing education completion deadline for appraisal licensees and require evidence of compliance with the continuing education requirements before the renewal of a license.Amended by P.A. 100-0831,§ 20, eff. 1/1/2019.Amended by P.A. 096-0844,§ 5, eff. 12/23/2009.
