Section 225 ILCS 458/5-35 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Qualifying education requirements

The prerequisite classroom hours necessary for a person to be approved to sit for the examination for licensure as a State certified general real estate appraiser or a State certified residential real estate appraiser shall be in accordance with AQB criteria and established by rule.
