Section 225 ILCS 458/15-60 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Cease and desist orders

The Department may issue cease and desist orders to persons who engage in activities prohibited by this Act. Any person in violation of a cease and desist order issued by the Department is subject to all of the penalties provided by law.
