Section 225 ILCS 458/15-35 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Signature of the SecretaryAn order of revocation or suspension or a certified copy of the order, bearing the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof that:
(1) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;(2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and(3) the Board and the members thereof are qualified. This proof may be rebutted.Amended by P.A. 096-0844,§ 5, eff. 12/23/2009. P.A. 92-180, eff. 7-1-02.
