Section 225 ILCS 454/20-72 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Secretary; rehearing

If the Secretary believes that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation or suspension of a license, with respect to refusal to issue, restore, or renew a license, or any other discipline of an applicant, licensee, or unlicensed person, then the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other examiners.
