Section 225 ILCS 454/20-105 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2030] Waiver of rights for failure to comply

The failure of an aggrieved person to comply with this Act relating to the Real Estate Recovery Fund shall constitute a waiver of any rights under Sections 20-85 and 20-90 of this Act.
