Section 225 ILCS 447/10-27 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Continuing Education

The Department may adopt rules of continuing education for persons licensed under this Act. The Department shall consider the recommendations of the Board in establishing guidelines for the continuing education requirements.
