Section 225 ILCS 443/180 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Surrender of License

Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender his or her license to the Commission. If the licensee fails to do so, the Commission has the right to seize the license.
