Section 225 ILCS 443/165 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Secretary ; rehearing

Whenever the Secretary believes justice has not been done in the revocation of, suspension of, or refusal to issue or renew a license or the discipline of a licensee, he or she may order a rehearing.
