Section 225 ILCS 430/25 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2027] Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , shall be prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ; and

(b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified.
