Section 225 ILCS 429/100 - Moneys Received; Financial Institution Fund

All moneys received by the Division of Financial Institutions under this Act, except for moneys received for the Debt Settlement Consumer Protection Fund, shall be deposited in the Financial Institution Fund created under Section 6z-26 of the State Finance Act.
